Pursuant to Article 13 RODO (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal of the EU. L No. 119, p. 1) we inform you that:

 

  1. The Administrator of your personal data is Fundacja POLSKIE VETO with its registered office in 42-229 Częstochowa, ul. Jagiellońska 59/65 (NIP: 5732927443, REGON: 389366432, KRS: 0000907761).
  2. In order to exercise your rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Administrator, who is .........., e-mail: inspektor@superiod.pl.
  3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the consent given in this newsletter subscription form, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
  4. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling your order for news from the Nuremberg 2.0 project, consisting of e-mail communication between the Administrator and the person subscribed to the newsletter.
  5. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the purposes of the processing or until your consent is withdrawn or as long as required by other legislation.
  6. The recipients of your personal data are or may be entities or units cooperating with the Administrator on the basis of an agreement of entrustment of personal data processing and entities entitled to obtain data on the basis of other provisions of law. Upon your request, the Administrator will make available a list of processing entities (processors).
  7. The personal data you provide may only be transferred to third countries if this is necessary with an adequate level of protection. Upon your request, the Administrator will make available a copy of the data that has been transferred outside the EOG.
  8. The Administrator does not process special categories of your personal data in the newsletter, i.e. data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership and genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual or data concerning health, sexuality or sexual orientation.
  9. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  11. Your provision of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the processing.
