Father and son die in hospital

The case of the death of Wiesław and Robert Ruszowski
On 28 October, the Polish Veto Foundation filed two notices to the public prosecutor's office regarding the possibility of committing a crime prosecuted ex officio. The notices and their attachments amount to almost 300 pages of print. The title tragic story was submitted to the Nuremberg 2.0 project and was analysed by a team of medics and lawyers. It concerns two patients, the late Wiesław (father) and the late Robert (son) Ruszowski, who were both hospitalised at the same time and who did not survive their hospital stay. Both were victims of callous covid procedures and a great deal of negligence on the part of the Częstochowa health facility, as well as the subsequent facilities to which they were transferred.
The part of the story concerning Robert Ruszowski is unclear: the circumstances under which he was admitted to the Observation and Infection Ward of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Częstochowa are unclear. Together with his sister and mother, he was looking after his father, who was lying in that hospital. Robert Ruszowski did not disclose any specific symptoms warranting hospitalisation - however, due to his father's infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, he reported himself to the hospital. It has not been possible to establish how exactly his admission to the ward took place and what may have influenced his wishes. It is also not entirely clear why the hospital agreed to admit the victim.
The Polish Veto Foundation, as part of the legal assistance provided by the Nuremberg 2.0 project, has filed two notices to the public prosecutor's office on suspicion of a crime prosecuted ex officio:
- One concerning the circumstances of Robert Ruszowski's death, requesting an investigation into the regularity of hospitalisation at the Most Blessed Virgin Mary Provincial Specialist Hospital in Częstochowa, the County Hospital in Zawiercie and the Silesian Centre for Heart Diseases in Zabrze;
- The second concerns the hospitalisation and circumstances of the death of Wiesław Ruszowski, who was hospitalized in the Most Blessed Virgin Mary Regional Specialist Hospital in Częstochowa and in the County Hospital in Zawiercie.
The press conference is attended by Ms Magdalena (daughter and sister of the deceased) and Mrs Elżbieta (wife and mother of the deceased), as well as representatives of the Polish Crown Confederation from Częstochowa.
